For a healthy asset both uptrends and downtrends have their limits within sustainability. I think, that if we compare the current market cycle to the previous one, we've already reached the limit, or within one more fall. In 2018, the bottom lasted for 4 weeks. I'm personally quite confident we are currently already in the 4-week pit.

The way out is to accumulate while the prices are low.
