I think there's jobs out there too. I was only having a few drinks with a couple girls from work last night both ow whom are not happy. They've been out there looking in their field and there's a lot on offer...I think the same could be said for a few other industries and with remote working a possibility that city pay/regional rent situations starts to become more possible.

My sister works in Sydney for a big pharmaceutical company, moved from Brisbane several years ago. Way more money but...The pay increase was eaten up by living costs so she's no better off. She also turned into a wine-snob so...Yeah, I'd rather not be in a big city. My little corner of the world is ok, too big for my liking in fact.
