Haha, yeah I think England and France have the monopoly on relative-conflict for sure! I guess over 1000 years a place is going to see some history and for me to have the chance to walk amongst it, to add myself into that history in the smallest way...Seems like a good thing to me. Why not right? I have an inquisitive mind, a desire for knowledge and understanding and whilst it often means I get into situations best left alone...Well, nothing ventured nothing gained right? I am what I am. Sometimes it's enough and other times (for others) it's just exasperating! 😆
