Its surprising how badly some things are initiated, implemented and carried forward sometimes; it's like no one has put any thought into it and how people will react or what out ones could result. Fortunately I'm not that guy and planning is something I do well, as with evaluating prior to planning.

I really feel like we're taking steps backwards as a collective group (humans) in many areas, forwards here and there too, but it seems a lot of the time things are turned on their head and outcomes are compromised as is the future. You feel the same?
