It's not about my rules, it's about you not supporting the blockchain and treating it like your own bank.

When you don't power up your vote is worth nothing to others and that means you can't support them, all you do is take...so I choose not to support you, just like you choose not to support anyone else...and I will probably choose to give you some downvotes...like you say, my choice right?
