There's many different tweaks available and a master-nipple-tweaker will know them all. Apparently, they begin training with the standard thumb/forefinger tweak and at a low intensity. Once mastered the students move on to more complex tweaks. It's a little bit like how Yoda trained Luke Skywalker, or so I'm told.
