Oh wow, you have a lot! So great that you have the land for it. When I was a kid we had land and so there was no problems with space for garden beds. We used to harvest a lot of things and would swap and trade them with others for things we didn't have, fresh milk etc. We'd also give things away and they'd come back cooked into things. It was a nice childhood that I'd want for my own children had I had any.
