It's very clear who hasn't read the post but leaves comments and I often call them out on it, or ignore them completely. I don't know what they hope to gain by commenting something like, nice scenery on a post about a death in the family, that shows an image of scenery, for instance. Scorn and derision what they actually get.

I also make titles that indicate one thing but the post is about another...Fools someone almost all the time. Lol.

Read the post and comment with relevance. It doesn't seem a hard thing to do right?
