I think it's prevalent all over the world and yes banking is probably one of the worst offenders. Nothing comes for free I guess and it's good to remember that.

In my case it was sorted out, but I'd say for every case that is there are hundreds that are not. And they (corporations) get away with it with one taking a smack on the hand every now and then, and then getting right back to doing it again I suppose. It's the way of the world really, which is why the little people will so seldom get ahead.
