I see a long list of people you've tagged...Can I make a suggestion?

Engage with people more, on their posts. It will help you build better relationships which will help you build your account. Tagging them isn't sufficient, and is probably the poorest way to gain their attention. I went to your comments and see that you've made about 9 comments since the beginning of September, over two months. I understand that you may have internet issues or be busy with life however simply tagging people isn't enough to garner support from them, you need to engage.
