If you come down I'll come to New Zealand with you...Stunning place! And yes, it's my hood too...Close enough right? There's so much to see here in Australia and you're correct, hard to choose what to see...With limited time one would not even scratch the surface. I travel a lot and have travelled in Australia a lot too...After 50 years of living here I haven't even got close to seeing it all.

Three lifetimes and a lot of money to get us everywhere, for sure. Maybe we should invest our money in developing a time machine? We'd have all the time in the world then!
