Only the individual has the power to compel ones' behaviours or attitude. A mentor or influencer can introduce concepts and their benefits however making someone do something...Well, mostly those that do that do so for negative reasons, like slavery for instance. Besides, if an individual is compelled to do something against their will it is unlikely they will be very good at it.

So, no I can't compel you. You can compel yourself though - It means taking ownership and responsibility for your actions, the influences you allow to reach you and of negativity (Removing it from your life.) It means letting go of ego and hubris and taking the effort to become the best version of yourself and to live your best life. For me anyway.

I've spent years learning these techniques and applying this concept, and others, to my life. I am happier for it, more productive, comfortable in myself as a person and of course, have a better life. This is what I have found personally in my life of almost 50 years. It works for me, may not for others.

Thanks for your comment.
