Today I was lucky at least on rooks with jackdaws. They pecked together on some kind of food scattered on the ground. As soon as I stopped, they amicably interrupted their occupation. And scattered in different directions. It's good that not all the birds flew far away. Some birds have settled down nearby, as if it was not they who had just pecked food.
