If there is a reflection, then there must be water. Among the waterfowl, only wild ducks live on our river, and I rarely see marsh chickens. They are too shy. I also rarely see birds floating in puddles. We have very little rain. But sometimes it still rains. And here I have selected several photographs with reflections of birds in the water.
In the first photo, the pigeon sat in a puddle and sits. I didn’t see him swimming. He just sits quietly. And that was in the late autumn of October. And it's pretty cold outside. Apparently, the pigeon missed the rain so much that at the first opportunity it climbed into a puddle. The pigeon is handsome.
And this pigeon wanted to go into the river. Such a clean bird.
Here is the marsh chicken. A rare guest in open areas of water bodies.
And then there are photographs of wild ducks. We have a lot of wild ducks living on the river. I love them. Especially when ducks have offspring. It's a pleasure to watch them.
What nice babies they are with their mother! They rest, warm themselves under the rays of the sun.
How beautifully the young drake raised its wings! As if happy.
And here a whole duck company has gathered. All the same, ducks are beautiful birds.
