Lego games can no doubt be taken as a standard classic, which keeps its standard for a long time and tries to bring players a regular portion of entertainment in the already known style of play and playability. The author of the British Traveler's Tales study has done very well to do this, as in the vast majority of cases these are games that are not as top-notch as they can, at least for some time, entertain themselves with their typical expressions. And it's just the most important thing in the final settlement, since it's going to meet the odds why we play games at all. Developers have released Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 after the release of the Lego DC Super-Villains.

Unlike last year, when we've tried a couple of times what it's like to be a superhero, this year, the authors decided to focus on the other side of the coin and get us into the bloody world of DC heroes - among the bad guys. It is clear from this that it will not be a completely standard path in the skin of loved warriors for the good. The new look of Lego to fantasy universe can be tempting for many players, simply by distinguishing them from the rest of the previous games, which were meant to make only those good and infallible players. But this change does not automatically mean a good game. There can never be years on the same principle without letting us have fun. Or is it yes?

Lego DC Super-Villains begins exactly the same way we do when using Lego games. Effortless animations alternate and you do not even come up with the game to pop up with the screen to create your character. This is a complete standard, and you can adjust your character from pre-prepared head, body, chin, hair, or other body parts, and possibly even smaller accessories that you would like to distinguish. This quick selection ends with a character's name and you can dive into the game. All Lego games, except for some of the exceptions (Lego Worlds), are based on a storyline that consists of several sequential chapters. Of course, I'm not going to tell you anything out of the story, but the plot itself is definitely not worth a prize. A group of DC villains is fighting against a group of superheroes of a different dimension, and as a player you have to stand up to one boss in the form of well-known characters, such as Beast Boy, Reverse Flash, Sea King or Shazam.

The story is in the genre of a simple casual adventure that the Lego series decides to do, despite the shortcomings it is completely enough. Instead, the authors have focused on the dialogues themselves and the various little little things hidden in the background that are lurking on each side, making you practically entertained and enjoy the experience of the game. In Lego DC Super-Villains, there are not many gags and funny scenes in which the characters are depicted in tedious and not natural situations. After all, humor is the Lego series typical and this role creators also meet in the new part to excellent. Fun features are also incorporated into gameplay itself, for example, in combat. The game contains dozens of unique playable characters that have their strengths or weaknesses, but especially the personality that is shown in the scene. They are the source of the best funny moments.

Even from a gameplay perspective, the authors have decided to keep up with what they have been doing for a long time without any major problems. For each mission one will get a few characters that, thanks to their unique abilities, such as invisibility, freezing, or flying, you need for further action. The game, of course, assigns these characters to the logical process in the story itself, so it is always important to clap them free of unnecessary stress. Switching between multiple characters may seem complicated, but Traveler's Tales has this game system mastered really well. Do you want to get through the narrow shaft, extinguish the fire, melt the metal? In the vast majority of cases, when switching, you instantly get to the character you really need at the moment.

The same goes for the puzzles that are present here without change. Whether you're getting rid of the electrical circuit, joining the right path, or folding the picture, all are obstacles that will confiscate you for a maximum of just a few seconds. They are very simple and basically reflect the characteristics of the game. Lego is for occasional audiences and children as creative. For only the lives of the characters of your Lego (anti) heroes are just aloof. When the character dies, it does not mean your death. As this is an ordinary Lego cube, your character is folded back in a few seconds and proceeding further. You can feel this freedom especially in battles with bosses where you can play and without any tactics. And when there's talk about boss duels, I think it's the biggest minus game.

The fact that I repeat a lot of things in the whole series would be overwhelming. Because it works very well, which is fun, change the need. But when it's also true for the most important fights in the game, it's already a step next. Some of the first bosses are basically the same, while the slight deviations are gradually coming, but the really big ones will only arrive in the last two hours of the game. The basic storyline fought for about ten to eleven hours. On the other hand, when I looked at the game completion pointer, it displayed something over 25%. The game points you all the time to unlock the site for free gaming, where you are no longer confined to selecting a character, so you can also get to the places where you did not get the chance at the first walk. If you decide to look at everything that Lego DC Super-Villains contains, count at least twice the game time.

Traveler's Tales proved it again and brought us another decent Lego game. Lego DC Super-Villains again offers a classic style of playability, ubiquitous humor and along with it a decent portion of entertainment. The game never puts pressure on you, and there is no frustration during the game. So if the game does not have a technical problem or it does not even fall. For regular Lego games players, the negative side can be a virtually zero shift in the processing and playability or repetitive content. But if every Lego game has fun and does not hinder you with a minimum of upgrades, you'll definitely be happy with the Lego DC Super-Villains.
