Meditation is an act that occurs in our mind. It leads to an essential state where a conscious silence is generated in our interior, which allows us to activate and magnify our senses, to observe in a clearer and more transparent way the reality that occurs around us and in our interior.

In the act of meditating, the mental chatter disappears and our tension calms down, allowing us to discern from a space of greater clarity and tranquility, emerging new perspectives of reality previously unobservable from our traditional perspective, and it is this new observation that allows us to establish an ecological and deeper coherence about reality.

Depression, sadness and stress can be diminished and eradicated if one meditates, since its practice improves the mood, contributes to reflect on the problems that afflict the daily occurrence and eliminates the negative habits that do not allow personal growth.

Meditating is not complicated at all, it only takes a few minutes a day and dedicate them to think and reflect on what bothers, ails or saddens, in order to think about the alternatives that help to get out of that situation to be more happy.
