The photo attached to this post is an X-ray of my 7 year old brother's leg - a result of physical bullying.
BULLYING.
Now I'm rather negative about this situation, for multiple reasons.
This begins at home. Before I express my anger towards the child who decided he needed to physically attack my little brother for whatever idiotic reason - I want to consider the 'parents' this kid goes home to. It's probably a father who feels he needs to save his fragile masculinity by teaching his little boy that other little boys need to be toughened up. That violence proves strength. A mother probably oppressed into silence and acceptance. But this is a thought. Not fact. Obviously I wouldn't know what happens in their home.
This continues in schools. Schools and other institutions do not care about their students. They care about their image and the parents rich enough to pump them full of money.
In this specific case of bullying, the school lied about what happened. So instead of joining forces to stop this ongoing and destructive behaviour (which has taken lives of many, too young and too soon), they came up with a pathetic and unrealistic lie to save their own incompetent selves. And I've experienced this at many schools and even University. What is responsibility?

My little brother is 7 years old. His hobbies include cricket and swimming. Although he's rather small for his age, he is a brightly intelligent young boy. And now, a large chunk of his 2018 will be spent static and in recovery. Because of bullying.

I apologize for this rant - I don't do it often - but this is a matter too important to ignore.
