I liked the HIVE:SEED diesel pool even before, when it was more of an experiment. I like this plan much better than the option to burn tokens. It may need adjusting if 50% of the rewards from farms on BSC established for this purpose can't be met by enough sources of Hive without dipping too much into the HBD savings.
