There was a problem with Peerplays and they had to build their own sidechain where claims will happen. I believe Dan said he hopes claiming for SPK Network will be possible at the end of March. Claiming for Ragnarok will be delayed by one month, after SPK Network. That's the latest info I remember from Dan on the topic.
