Some people love December because of Christmas and the holidays spirit. And that's ok! I like flashing lights in the evenings too. Maybe a little snow too, to feel like winter.
And who knows, I might even share some lights with you one of these days. But don't hold your breath! I'll only do that if our semi-planned one-day trip will materialize. What I'm looking forward to though is a few days off the internet, Hive, and crypto, generally, around Christmas, when we'll be away and I plan to briefly break my daily posting streak then too, after more than a year and a half. I was about time, lol.
Tomorrow is the 1st of December and, as usual, HPUD is coming. I will make the minimum 10 HIVE powerup tomorrow, to continue to participate, but another streak that I break is my 1k powerups on HPUDs, as I already announced on my November HPUD.
Something else that I guess is to be expected soon is the first payments for LeoAds revenue for stakeholders and evergreen content. Unless we might have some delays due to changing of the advertising network used.
Although not a certainty, given that Binance is still in the crossfires (about to be banned in the Philippines too), we may have a strong December on the crypto markets - at least in the first part - because we already had a pullback in the second part of November and signs are bitcoin keeps testing the highs on higher lows. Although not a classic triangle TA formation, I see bitcoin breaking to the upside in the next few days, unless we have more FUD.
Alts are lagging, as they often do, but that shouldn't surprise anyone, nor should make someone lose trust because of the gap in the price increases for different projects have during the bull market. If that is corroborated with fundamental reasons, then yes, but not because of other projects pumping while yours isn't.
I know one of the worst mistakes is jumping from one project to another based on different pumping phases. That will, in most cases, make you lose all or most pumps. Pure gambling...
December is also the last month of the year. For those of us with Hive (or other) goals, it's a moment of truth.
Mine don't look as promising as they looked last year at this time, which means, among other things, that I made some mistakes that hopefully I won't repeat next year. But there's still a month to see what goals still have a chance to be completed and what can I salvage on the Splinterlands front when it comes to my goals...
What are you looking for in December?
