The entire Magi platform is built around HBD. If we don't intend to give up entirely on HBD on Hive, I think HBD is a good choice. There is SWAP.BTC/SWAP.HIVE on Hive-Engine, btw. Of course, that's a different

You have a point, but the conversion mechanism still works... And if the demand for HBD goes up beyond the available liquidity, some HIVE could be converted to HBD. That would help the price of HIVE too.
