Hola mi linda comunidad de HIVE!
Hello my beautiful HIVE community!
A few days ago, I was on facebook, and between one thing and another I saw some images with a very accurate message that inspired me, after a little research I discovered that these images are actually part of a book, NOTE this is not really a review, I write this as a reflection: today I decided to talk about this, because I'm going through a time when I feel identified, in which I can feel what I'm writing and why not? Possibly to take out a little of that sadness that I carry inside.
ALL at some point in our lives we have felt sad, for one thing or another; losing friends, not achieving a goal we want, a loved one dies, even in a psychology class, my teacher talked about that grief (close friend of sadness) can come even for losing a shoe, something frivolous, yes, but it happens anyway, we all have different points of pain and loss that must be respected. So calm down, if something, anything, makes you feel sad, don't let anyone tell you it's stupid, because no one can feel the same as you...
I know that many of us here have internalized sadness, cried, lived and breathed it, I personally consider it a basic human feeling, even more in this pandemic situation, in which I think many of us are drowning in sadness and well, I wanted to share these images with you and talk a little about it. Well, I know that like me, many of you need to read this more than you think.
Sometimes sadness arrives unexpectedly
It follows you wherever you go
And sits so close to you that it won't let you breathe
You can try to hide it
But it's as if you yourself have turned into sadness

I know that many of us here have internalized sadness, cried, lived and breathed it, I personally consider it a basic human feeling, even more in this pandemic situation, in which I think many of us are drowning in sadness and well, I wanted to share these images with you and talk a little about it. Well, I know that like me, many of you need to read this more than you think.
With these first images, in so few words I can assure you that many of us feel identified, hiding our sadness day by day, feeling suffocated by it, trying to cope with it and not succeeding.... These things happen so many times and many times others try to ignore it just as we do just so we don't have to talk about it. Please if you feel sadness, express it, it is not easy, many times you will feel silly doing it, but it is necessary.
Listen to it. Ask it where it comes from and what it needs.
Sadness doesn't like to stay inside all the time, try to let it out.
A key point of these images: Put a name to your sadness...
How many times have you tried not to? Just not to accept that something hurts or bothers you. Remember that feeling bad or sad, IS OK, no matter what. Part of "overcoming" sadness is knowing where it comes from and what it wants, so we can cope with it as much as we can. The images themselves give you ideas of how to express it, drawing, singing, dancing, writing (as I am doing now), are things that will help you heal little by little and take that weight off your chest.
A new day will begin for both of you
"A new day will begin for both of us..." Important part of being sad is to know that once we get over it, it can always come back, no matter how much we deny it, believe me it is better to accept sadness, the way you can, than to pretend we are not sad, part of being alive is to experience feelings, sometimes it will be happiness, other times it will be anger or pain, it is all part of being alive.
So the next time you feel sad, please read these images, remember that it will go away at any moment, the faster your visit is accepted, the faster it will end. Sing, if you need to, dance, if it helps you express yourself, write, draw, run, cry as many times as you need to, because your feelings are just there to be felt.
