Aunque nadie vea todo lo que la mujer hace ¡no importa! Es por esto que antes de que terminara el año quisimos festejar con nuestras amigas de la academia de ejercicios K.omar-fit, “el día de la mujer”. >There are plenty of examples like this; you and I can share our beautiful stories and wonderful anecdotes. Dejar nuestra rutina, nuestros esposos e hijos y dedicarnos unas cuantas horas para reír, disfrutar, comer, jugar, bailar y hasta cantar. >Sinceramente les digo que me lo disfruté desde el minuto cero. >This Sunday, the 15th, we treated ourselves to a day just for us. We all got together for a get-together so we could get out of the house, even if just for a day. We left our routines, our husbands, and our kids behind and set aside a few hours to laugh, have fun, eat, play, dance, and even sing. Armamos una logística, cada quien colabora con lo que puede y así dividimos las cargas. En mi caso soy la encargada de decoración y entretenimiento y es que definitivamente es algo que me encanta. >Just like every year, my friend Noraida and I go above and beyond to organize this event. Nada mejor que una rutina de ejercicios para alimentar el alma y el cuerpo. >I thank God for being able to share another year with these wonderful women; each one of them is special. They have a zest for life, a drive to succeed, they’re hardworking, and determined to raise their children and keep their households going.
