Estamos cansados jefe, tengo sueño, me quiero dormir... pero no es momento de quejas hay que seguir trabajando y quedan todavía muchas horas por delante. Hoy vi una serie de publicaciones que la post guardia no se le regala a nadie, ya sea familia, nuestro amor o amigos... la post guardia se hizo para dormir sin ser molestados.
Justo ahora en mi caso yo llego de post guardia he intento dormir y no puedo, como se afecta el sueño en las personas de salud y las incontables afecciones que esto produce en nuestra salud...
