That coffee bean looks so black! I love it. I like strong coffee, but lately I've been lowering the intensity a bit because it doesn't go down well in my stomach, it gives me kind of acidity.

I think it is wonderful that you have been sharing this process with us, many do not know how coffee is made and all that is involved to get it to the cup.
