A game that for my taste, lacks a lot of things

Well, today it's time to destroy Terrorist Takedown 3, a great game, and yes, it is. But it is also full of negative things, absurd things, boring things, and some other criticisms that I would like to make. But well, I installed this game thanks to my old CD notebook, yes, I have a lot of games, maybe someday I will bring you a review about that and tell you about the games I liked the most, but this is not the case, I was reviewing my old CD's notebook and I found this jewel, I had many years without knowing about this game, and now that I am an adult, and I think I have more intelligence to give a review a little more accurate, I would like to destroy it with you.

When I fucking installed it, I remembered the main problem with my CD, the game comes ONLY IN GERMAN, yes and unfortunately I had to play it that way XD, and there is the first negative point, there are no files to change the language of the game, I have gone through this many times, sometimes I make a mistake and I downloaded the game in Portuguese, French or any other fucking language other than Spanish/English and the vast majority of times I get the respective translation, but this time I did not get it even in the fucking deep web ...

This is a tactical game, we are a "swat" team and we must neutralize the threats, either to save hostages, evict sites, and a lot of other things or well, maybe they are not as many as you think... And here comes another negative point, the game is extremely short, with only 9 missions that you can easily do in 1 fucking day, being in German I don't know if you can change the difficulty or other things, but most likely there is only that since I hit all the options and I could never do anything different than playing the damn story mode again and again...

The missions are a big "OK", I won't say they're bad, but they're not the best I've ever played either, yes they feature tactical realism at times, but that collapses very quickly with the TORPID artificial intelligence we have in the game, I mean, we can be shooting non-stop, and the jerks play deaf until you're not close enough to them, that doesn't make sense dude. I also don't understand why some missions I have to do them alone without any help, and they force me to enter open rooms surrounded by lots and lots of terrorists, I understand they want to add difficulty, but it's illogical that 1 swat enters a room to kill 10 terrorists, it will never happen XD.

I love the dialogues we have throughout the game (when we are accompanied), they literally do talk like a swat team and everything makes sense, I also like the realism they achieved with the voices, once again I LOVED it. The game graphically is not the best, it is a game of 2010, however, it does not seem at all of that time, has very good graphics, what might improve is the environment, some scenarios have many objects on the floor how debris, pipes, vases, tables, chairs, etc.. And even if I throw 30 grenades no object will move from its place, lol.

We have a great variety of weapons, and we can pick up ammo or change weapons throughout the mission, that's nice. Something I forgot to emphasize, the missions are long, they last about 30min or even more, of course, that's how long it took me in my first mission after 5 years without playing XD. But still, they are long, and even so, it doesn't justify the few missions we have...

Each mission has specific weapons, I remember very well the 3 or 4, where we start in a cave and they give us a shotgun and several rifles and pistols, the cave is totally dark and we have to use the poor flashlight that we have equipped, or night vision, that if I noticed it very realistic, the flashlight does not illuminate absolutely everything how some games do, and night vision does not do it either, that is totally real because it does not do it that way either.

Once again, the AI is terrible, they should have added sensitivity to noise, footsteps, voices, etc. That believe me would make it a 100 times more fun and tense game. Overall, Terrorist Takedown 3 will keep you entertained, of course, it will do it for a short period of time before you finish it. You will feel like a swat on the most dangerous mission of his life, but you should also take into account that you will only understand your partner if you speak perfect German (haha, just kidding, always try to download it in your native language). This game is a hidden gem, it doesn't get the recognition it deserves, and it's bad, I don't know if there are still new versions of this game, maybe I'll try them soon.

Thanks for reading!
