Today I want to introduce you the jalapeño pepper plant. This is a plant that has its production in the Mexican city of Xalapa, in the State of Veracruz.
It is one of the spicy varieties of Capsicum annuum most extensively grown and consumed in America. Its fruit is fleshy and elongated, reaching 7 cm long and about 3 wide at the base.
