Hahahaha how funny they look. It happened to me with two little hens laying in the same nest, but I didn't know that two different species could do this either. Maybe with the hen they will both come out, because the hen might be more experienced.
Try leaving them with the hen and if the chicks hatch first, take them back from the hen when they hatch and give them back to her when the turkeys hatch. I have done this when several hens are laying, I take away the chicks that hatched and the hen stays laying, until they are all hatched and then I give them all back to her and happy all the chicks with her hen.
Of course, when I take them out I keep them in a basket with a yellow light bulb to keep them warm. I don't know if I made myself clear hehehehe you have more experience with chicks and turkeys hahaha.
