well everyone likes money, and the tourism sector in Da Nang is experiencing vast growth that i think is too fast. If they want to have longevity in this, they need to be quite careful with how much they allow it to expand otherwise corporate interests are simply going to inundate the market and then walk away from it once it is destroyed. This city is expanding too rapidly but I don't think that immigration placing limits on who can come in is the right answer. At the moment I don't really know what the objective is with tracking everyone but I suspect it is to cut down on the kind of person who would get a 90 day visa and then just never leave.
While it is an over-generalization, I think people that would ignore immigration laws would be much more likely to ignore laws in a general sense.
