Things like this are shut down by the government, not encouraged. I have heard some stories about Vietnamese people posting something that goes viral and they get a visit by the police that kindly, but firmly, ask them to take it down. It isn't really a request.

I too dislike the constant filming of everything. If you walk on the beach or near the beach in Da Nang there are dozens of people live-streaming and filming everything as if they had a real audience. Maybe some of them do but I don't like being on a film set at all times.
