yeah, it's extra disappointing when you know what is really going on behind the curtain. They are doing more than nothing, but they clearly do not care enough to have a government sponsored recycling program. Recently they put a different style of bins on the beach and one of them is quite funny because it has all these slots for can and bottles and even batteries for some reason (people still buy batteries) but if you look inside the container all of these slots go to the same container below. It's just kind of silly to bother with something so easily discovered to be fake.
