something similar to that limitation happens here as well. Normally when an agent is going to show an apartment, they invite everyone all at once. In all the times I have gone to one of these showings someone ended up renting it by the time I got back to the agent. I think they have everyone come at the same time as some sort of pressure to show the potential renters that there is a lot of demand.
