I think that this situation needs transparency and clarification. I dont think that Red Bull has played by the rules here but there is also the rumor that the only breached the cap by one percent. If this is the case then I would not expect them to get a monster penalty.

I jsut remeber back in 2019 when Ferrari had an illigel engine. I dont think they got penalized very hard. I would also not try and change the past, regardless what they have done. They should keep the title. The real penalty should be to take away their air tunnel time or reduce their budget cap for the next season.

Either way, I think there needs to be transparency first.
