I think it all depends on the utility and develompent during the bear market. If we are talking about coins like SafeMoon etc. I would certainly say no. These projects are dead and belong burried deep unde rthe ground. On the other hand, projects like Splitnerlands or ATOM (just to name a few, there are certainly more out there!) which are constantly developing and improving will see another rise during the next bull run.
