I think at some point, there must be some regulations put in place. Until then it is really like the Wild West. I do not think it is a bad think to pay taxes on the gains people are potenitally making. What really annoys me is that you would have to pay potential taxes on every transaction which is almost impossible to track. The EU is unfortunately trying to implement the travel rule where every private wallet must be personalized. I hope this rule will not go trough but we will see :/
