If you start to explore Portugal beyond just Lisbon, Porto or Faro you'll end up also in the country side of Alentajo. You will come across the little town called Estremoz. It has all these little streets and shops that take you back a couple of hundred years.
The historic part of the city and the castle was build on a hill and overlooks the area. The view is incredible. Find yourself a place to enjoy the sun and the view.
