The World Would Be A Better Place To Live If Everybody Has A Harmonious Relationship With Each Other.
It would be the best if this scenario is applicable all the time. If all misunderstandings are always being settled and learning how to accept others' point of views then a toxic environment will be avoided. May it be a total deviation from what the norm is or just a slight misinterpretation from one's perspective, then everything will just be smooth-sailing.
Dig the real cause of the issue and create a solid approach on how to address it and not insinuate that this person is already spreading toxicity to the community when you didn't even find out the basis of the rants.
I have learned to let go when the issue I have raised won't really be addressed.
It would be best because I was also left out by the ones whom I was also voicing out their concerns. Now I am all left alone wandering the ocean of opportunities here on hive by myself.
It's the lowest point of my life where I felt that nobody is behind my back to tell me they're just there for me and even have the decency to thank me that at last their concerns were already raised.
It's perfectly fine to just do what you have to do for the continued support of the regarded whales you are looking upon. I completely understand.
I have already found my inspiration and will just do my best with every posts that I share.
In the BPO INDUSTRY, where pressure always blast the eater's boiling point if not melting is the most normal thing to consider. Pressure is driven by the constant hitting of productivity, failure analysis, process evaluation and strict compliance to both process side and client side.
Toxicity arise naturally because all members of the team wants to be on top. The team coach always ensures the performance of each person is above the target. Evaluations should also be efficient and effective to each parameters of the every guidelines.
It is to our nature to dwell in this toxic world and adapt to this environment. We all need to learn to ride with the flow even if there are drastic changes done out of what has been normal to us.
Let us all advise the newbies that there is a cruel world out there which toxicity is just going to arise anytime soon.
Show support to everyone and not just be selective. We should not always initialize the conversation that we are just busy but as leaders we should be there for them all the time.
I am glad I have already found my purpose and just let go of something not really meant for me.

Been busy doing amateur Pastry and Baking lately and trying to forget the pain being sidelined just like that.
