Soon the day will end.
I’ve done nothing.
But what could I do?
Whatever it was,
It would be wrong.
Soon the night is here.
It comes in vain,
For only my heart can sing it —
My body remains numb.
And after the night,
Another day will come.
I will do nothing but feel,
And what else could I do?
