Our underlying goal is: "We scout, mentor, and promote people who bring value to the Steem blockchain"
Our contest: is called the "5 Steem challenge". The idea is that we promote Steem by having people from all over the world show what they can do with 5 Steem and record this on video and spread it on social media. For each month we would like to have a prize pool between 100-200 Steem. And if possible steem for referral rewards. I am thinking of giving people 5 steem if they can get their friends/family to join the steem challenge. With 200 to 500 Steem we would be able to encourage invitation of 40 to 100 people.
This support will used to encourage people to join the Steem challenge. If we can encourage a big group of people this might keep snowballing.
Right now we have 12 people who have joined and a few pending. And many more have showed their interests.
