Do you love watching Elephant , Sri lanka is one of the country many tusker elephant can be seen , and there are many safari, wild life national park and Elephant Orphanage as well. Kandy Esala Perahera is one of the oldest and grandest of all Buddhist festivals can be seen in Sri Lanka. Many tuskers use in the Perahara event. recently i traveled to watch the Perehara event.
fortunately i had a chance to visit the Dalada Maligawa in the morning session as perahara usually take off in the full moon night in 7 th of August. So i visit around the dalada maligawa and took some behind the scene pictures of the festival. mainly i had chance to took Giant and baby Elephant pictures , they were busy with the day event schedule . while i catch some of the interesting moments.
Foreigners love to take selfies with the jumbos. yee that should be called elephant selfie. Lol.
