That's unfortunate that it turned out male, but otherwise seemed pretty healthy.
The discoloration it's hard to tell, but I am a little curious about how you were watering them.

You mentioned two cups of water each watering. How many days in between watering did you administer the two cups?

I suspect underwatering could have been a factor, because I do not think two cups would be sufficient for this size plant in that bucket.

To start out with partial waterings for small plants that don't have a developed root system is a good practice, but once the plant starts leaving that seedling stage and has a well developed root system you'll want to give full even watering and allow a couple days of absorption and drying before watering again.

Once plants are in full bloom they will be sucking up a gallon of water a day in that bucket. The further along the plant matures, the more thirsty it gets.

You're doing really good with this bro and I wouldn't be surprised if you've already figured out that they suck up water at a much fast rate once they start flowering. (especially under those higher powered lights.)
