Flowering time varies with plant species/strains, but generally about 60 days. Growing outdoors the seasons should mostly dictate.

Dry times vary a bit too depending on your drying conditions. Hanging in a dark room with some fans running is generally the best way to do it. 1-2 weeks but sometimes they dry in as little as a few days.

Removing the buds to re-vegetate the plant usually doesn't work out too well lol. She'll need to be cut down. There's ways to tell sex early and take clippings for clones so that you can multiply the plant for new cycles. It's super scientific but as easy and using a pair of scissors :D
