Indeed, if you are not able to access and change the device at the programming layers, then there's no way to know for sure if it's really off. I have said for years that turning off location on a cell phone is an utter joke. It's blind trust that there's no location tracking on.

I agree with this logic. All I have for reasons for using Wifi is excuses. I'm sure I can find alternate means and should start looking into it, because these hot flashes really suck, and it's probably my router.

A tin foil laden blanket for sleeping is not a bad idea, and tin foil body suits as under layers during the day. I'd be all crinkly sounding when I walk around though :D
