I'm feeling better today.

The extent of the pain is mostly just soreness throughout my body and head, but not any throbs or sharp pains.

I feel pretty fortunate, the blows I took to the head were really hard with blunt objects and it could have been worse.

I think emotionally it's worse because it's difficult knowing and accepting that I live in a place where I could get beat up on my own front porch at any given time. I can't believe I am still living in such depravity.
