There's so many interesting elements to the modernization of building structures.

On one hand, there's a mesmerizing beauty to them, and certainly some great angular photographic possibilities, which you do a great job of capturing. On the other hand, it speaks for a modernization which disconnects people further from themselves and others.

I too felt the NYC vibe, and my mind correlates it with a "Gotham City" vibe, where technology rises and human nature becomes chaotically influenced in a negative way.

I appreciate the older structures more I think, but I cannot deny there is some beauty in those neon lights.

I'm with you regarding the Sinatra, but Billy Joel New York State Of Mind is what I'm listening to while typing this comment from New York ;D
