I hope your gym retreats work out well for you. Last year I took a terrible fall on concrete steps from slipping on ice, injured my lower back pelvis area something terrible, but it somehow motivates me to exercise more now, so I'm trying to see the bright side of it, and I do a good job of keeping the steps salted now.

Tom is looking like he's living a super happy cat life :)
