Left side just power cable, no ports.

Right side harbors all the connections. There's 2 outputs for lights, but of course only one of them is needed. There's no noticeable difference with the light that's emitted, at least by eye there isn't.

The cord that appears to be cut, I'm not sure what the deal is with that either. I bought this used from another grower here on the blockchain and haven't asked him. Maybe he'll have a little insight because I'm definitely no pro when it comes to these drivers.
