Hey @evernoticethat, it's cool we don't live far apart from one another, and I have some family that lives over in PA too, that's super cool!
It's not cool however that PA is still illegal with cannabis, or any other state for that matter, and the federal level, which is not in line with many state level legislations.
People are starting to use strong vocabulary to describe the criminalization as crimes against humanity to have plants like this and others as illegal.
The legislations currently in NY are strange, in that it's legal for recreational and cultivation, but the cultivation restrictions are unreasonably small with pretty small ticket penalty for exceeding.
These laws currently against cannabis are unlawful laws.
It's only my opinion that people should willfully break unlawful laws.
I was a cannabis grower before it was legal. I didn't talk about it as openly of course, but I never agreed and was willing to break that bs law.
A ticket would suck, but shaming a court room full of people trying to support false ideologies might make that ticket worth it lol.
