You bring up some good points about fine dining. Sometimes the food does not live up to its reputation or price, and even the presentation can be deceiving.

Sushi is one of my favorite foods, and the best sushi I have found tends to be some of the cheapest! Price and looks can't define the food, only the preparation and love put into preparing it can :)
