I finally got around to reading this post and I feel compelled to say that it is one of the most enlightening write ups that I've ever examined on this topic.

I'm going to need to read this at least two or three more times, maybe more.. to fully digest all of the content. It requires a great deal of processing, so I cannot touch on everything in the post with this comment, but I will outline what I found to be the most compelling information that you shared.

An aspect to the story of Adam and Eve that I have never considered is the innocence in the deception itself. It seems like it would be common sensical to assume that we shared the innocence of the animal kingdom in the same regard as them; survival without the moral compass.

What does this look like in the animal kingdom? Sheer brutality half of the time, and the other half embodies the simplicities of survival and all of its beauties.

That is to say a balance can be observed between the brutal and the beautiful.

Steering back from my digression, how can Adam and Eve have understood/comprehended that consuming the knowledge bearing fruit would bear consequence? I love how you outline this in a manner of how if a parent warns a child about something the child has no knowledge of, the parent is drawing attention/knowledge to the 'concept'.

Most logical minds would agree that a child cannot be blamed for its innocent 'mistake' if the child was to act opposite of the directive given by the parent(s).

It would be rather contemptuous to say that such a God is psychopathic and enjoys abusing his creation.

This is the point where the logical fallacies of religion unravel one after another.

If God created everything and is all knowing, then of course he would have seen this coming right?

I also hear a lot of "all loving" even though if the tight rope of fantasy based rules is not followed, a place worse than this current realm is awaiting. I contest that we are already living in a form of hell, most just cannot see it ;D

I anticipate the reverberation of your thoughts with what I have said. Perhaps you will find fallacy with some of my thoughts, in which I would be grateful to hear, because a logical mind does not mind being wrong and learning something new. Egoic minded might say otherwise, and ego probably has its place in this conversation as well.
